Updates 09/17 (Ver. 0.3.0)


Hello everybody!  *read with YAGOO voice here*

AT LAST!  Following my somehow usual schedule of big release every two months, here we are, a little late for the girl's anniversary, but at least I made it! Now, not sure if I'm going to be able to deliver the next big update in November... we will see. Anyway, as anticipated in previous posts, there are new enemies, which means new girls and therefore also new game mechanics as well. As the game converges into a more serious and challenging game and less of a "high effort shitpost filled with memes", I've changed a lot of things regarding skills, enemies and whatsoever. You will find the full list at the end of the post, as well the list of known fixed bugs . 

IMPORTANT: I added a lot of things and had time to test two runs properly (Kiara and Calli routes) so I highly suggest you to save the game often, specially before going into the next stage (through the White Crystal) and inside each stage in separate save slots. Some bugs other players have found that I missed arise from the fact that stages are in random order, so the events change depending on the order and the character you chose at the beginning.

That being said, I'd like to highlight the main adds and most important changes:

  1. NEW CHARACTERS: I revealed the precise list last Devlog, which makes 10 new characters to play with
  2. NEW ENEMIES: This time there are 6 new regular bosses, plus one more secret enemy (strong for sure but not enough to be considered a real boss I guess?) and an optional extra boss for the Fantasy Battle Mode
  3. NEW BGM: You can change the BGM played on battles. The list is not that extensive, but I think of adding more for the 0.4 release
  4. NEW GRINDING ZONE: I added, for now, a zone where you can grind and level up characters. This is an optional zone accessible after the end of this game's version, but may help to get ready for the next installment (considering that someday this game will complete, this zone will actually be accessible mid-game). You can collect EXP, Crystals and even a secret weapon!
  5. DETECTIVE FILES UPDATED: New entries added to the bestiary of the game. Due to plugin limitations, when you update the game from a previous file, entries regarding Hololive members will disappear. You can obtain it again the same way you did before, though. I also added the new voice "Unison Skills" to have fun finding the combinations of Hololive Members as per this release date. More will be added later, of course
  6. FANTASY BATTLE MODE UPDATED: The new bosses and characters have been added to this mode plus one optional EXTRA DIFFICULT BOSS at the end. If you decide to fight it, and lose the battle, you will lose the chance to have the prize at the end of the run! 
    Also keep in mind that if you are upgrading from Version 0.2.2, this game mode will reset, which means you have to end the game to unlock it again
  7. NEW SKILLS: Not only Unison Skills, but also skills for all the Myth girls when they reach level 35 and other members as well, in order to balance them better

CHANGES:

  •  The Shubangelion skill now does AOE damage
  •  Coco's Ultimate Dragon of Hololive now costs 100 TP
  • Unison Skill between Coco and Aki deals slightly more damage
  •  Polka can use all weapons aside Scythes with her class Circus Zachou
  •  Rework of Risu's Ultimate Skill
  •  Added new Skill to Ollie (Class Zombie Idol)
  •  Calli's Passive Skill Inflicts Death Sentence with all her offensive skills with a chance of 10%
  •  Freeze Time Status turns are reduced to two instead of three
  •  Ame's Ultimate "TOKI WO TOMARE" can be used only once per battle
  •  Watson Clockworks' Skill "Time Paradox" now costs less and the chances of inflicting Freeze Time are reduced to the 25%
  •  Ina's skill "Kalumina" costs less but can be used only in her class "Herald of Demise". Instead, in her Priestess of Abyss she gets the skill "Divine Heal"
  •  Ina's normal attack doesn't cause Confusion anymore
  •  Boss Battles after defeating Subaru are overall more difficult and challenging 
  •  Calli's Cursed Night Skill now is single target and has the chances reduced to 60%
  •  Risu's  NNN! Skill costs 20 TP and heals now 45% HP instead of 20%
  •  Skills  that change Classes can be used on main menu as well 
  • Ina's Class change doesn't give Buffs anymore
  •  Ina's Skill Tako Protecc now has max priority
  • Choco-sensei skills now use MP instead of TP (except for her Ultimate Skill)
  • Art change for the enemy "Yukimin", after the reveal of Lamy's new Outfit were an official design for the Yukimin was revealed

FIXES:

  •  Ability Abyssal Terrors didn't work as intended
  •  Ability "EXPLOSION!" which is only used by the enemy TNT wasn't working as intended
  •  Polka didn't learn some abilities when using her Ultimate Skill Hologram Circus
  •  Choco's Skill Dream Eater
  •  Coco's Skill Unwavering Determination didn't disappear after receiving a fatal hit
  •  Added conditions to the use of Combo Attacks
  • Various graphic bugs
  • In some scenes, the player was able to move during them, creating problems on the correct execution of the scene
